As a fully qualified personal trainer, I will provide a realistic programme that actually works for you, that fits into your life. This is more than just physical fitness, it’s about building mental fitness too! My number one focus when training clients is FEELING GOOD.

WHAT YOU GET

for £90 a month

INITIAL CONSULTATION

FREE with no obligation. Before committing to a full programme with me, I will send you a short questionnaire to complete and then arrange a 30 minute consultation call, by video or by phone. We will discuss expectations, where you’re at right now and if working with me is right for you!

GOAL SETTING

To ensure you get the most out of working with me, we will take time to set realistic goals that are achievable and fit within your lifestyle. These are bespoke to you, they can be adjusted throughout our time working together if your circumstances change.

TRAINING PLAN

Simple workouts designed to help you reach your training goals. The number and duration of these each week will be set according to your own preference.  
Suitable for your current fitness level and the equipment you have available. Each workout is clearly displayed within the personal training app, with a full breakdown for each workout and video demonstrations of each move. I will also be on-hand each week to check your technique & form, ensuring you’re getting the most from your training.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE

As much or as little support as you would like. I will not tell you what to eat or when. However, if desired, I can help with calorie / macronutrient targets, food tracking and meal ideas. We can also discuss your relationship with food and work on breaking any stigmas that stop you enjoying it.

WEEKLY CHECK-IN

Each week, you will need to complete a short form so we can keep track of your progression. This is not about numbers but about how you are feeling, whether the current plan is working with your life, or if it’s complicating things. Adjustments will always be made based on your feedback to ensure you are receiving the best service possible!

MONTHLY 1-1 CALL (MINIMUM)

At the end of each 4 week block, we will schedule a 30-60 minute call to discuss your progression and appropriate next steps.

WHATSAPP GROUP

All my 1-1 Online Coaching clients have the option of joining a WhatsApp group. This helps with keeping each other accountable, sharing wins, asking questions and having an extra level of support from other like-minded people.

DAILY SUPPORT AND 100% COMMITMENT

I am always just a WhatsApp away! If you have questions, comments or concerns let me know straight away and I will respond as soon as possible.

WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING, HOW DOES IT WORK?

Online coaching gives you the support and guidance of a personal trainer without the restrictions of time or place. No having to train when and where that PT is based, no having a PT stood watching as you train. 

You decide when and where you train, I tailor a programme to suit those needs. I support you every week with regular communication, check-ins and advice.

WHAT WILL BE INCLUDED IN MY PROGRAMME?

You will be given a 4 week training plan which we will review each week at check-in to ensure you are progressing. Your needs and personal preferences will dictate the frequency, duration and type of workouts I set. We will also discuss nutrition goals (if desired) and lifestyle habits that will accelerate your results.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE WORKOUTS?

Through a personal training app. 

You will be able to create a profile on the app that lets you see your workouts, additional goals and other details. Once logged in, you will be able to access your profile anytime as well as complete weekly workouts and check-ins whenever is convenient.

WILL I GET A MEAL PLAN?

In short, no.

I understand that some people have more complex relationships with food than others, so I will determine what’s right for you, you will always feel in control. Some people will want targeted support, others will want a more relaxed approach. I will always work with your preferences when it comes to nutrition.

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THE EXERCISES?

Don't panic. This is inevitable when starting a new programme. Try to look at your workouts before starting, if you're unsure of anything you can follow one of these steps:

  1. Watch the exercise videos within the personal training app, almost every exercise I can programme has an accompanying demonstration video

  2. Ask any questions in the WhatsApp group. Chances are if you're thinking it, someone else is too. All questions are welcome about any aspect of your programme - there aren’t any silly ones!

  3. Contact me directly and I will respond as soon as I can.

I DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE GOING TO A GYM, CAN I FOLLOW A PROGRAMME AT HOME?

YES! During our initial consultation we will discuss where you intend to do your workouts, the equipment you have available and what you feel comfortable using. I have extensive experience coaching people through home workouts, it’s no trouble to design a programme that will be 100% done at home with minimal, or even no, equipment.
